Refund policy

Please get in touch with us within seven days of receiving your strip door order if you are not 100 per cent satisfied with your purchase. We will quickly determine if you qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of custom-made strip doors. However, if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or other strip door components, we can help you rectify this. You pay return shipping and any out-of-pocket expenses incurred. Any product returns must be in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

If your strip door package has been damaged in transit or arrived defective, please contact us via sales@stripdoors.co.nz within seven days, and we will arrange a full refund or replacement product as soon as possible.
